About events and booking
Where can I find event details?+
Open Events to browse published experiences. Each available event has a detail page with its dates, location, description, itinerary and ticket options.
Does selecting tickets confirm a booking?+
No. The current checkout is a preview: selecting tickets prepares a selection, but no payment is taken, details are not saved, and booking confirmation is not available yet.
How do I ask for help with a booking?+
Contact the team by email, phone or WhatsApp below. Include the name used for the booking and its reference if you have one. Do not send payment card details or account passwords.
